Sullivan Harbor Farm overlooks spectacular views of Frenchman's Bay and Mount Desert Island, home to Acadia National Park. The area has an abundance of picturesque fishing villages, secluded ponds, pleasant walking and hiking paths, roads with very little traffic for safe bicycling, oceanside golf courses and tennis.
Antique shops, lighthouses, artisans, and craftspeople as well as a range of restaurants are all near by. We are only 40 minutes to Bar Harbor and less than 1-1/2 hours drive to Canada. Both are great destinations for day trips if you use Sullivan Harbor Farm as your home base.

Nestled away, Milo offers a wonderful respite from the hustle and bustle. An overgrown hedge provides plenty of privacy for relaxing outside on comfortable lawn furniture and enjoying the quiet setting. Originally built in 1946, this wonderful cottage has an old fashioned feel with modern day amenities. The living room has a vintage, working stone fireplace.
 The bedroom has a double bed; an extra cot is available. There is one large bathroom with a modern shower. The living room has a comfortable pull-out couch and a small, efficiency kitchen and eating area. There is no television or phone, although you are always welcome to use the phone in the main house.
This is a special cottage: simple yet dignified; a rare find these days. |

After Labor Day the Cupcake Cottage is available for three night stays.
Cupcake Cottage - Beautiful and Serene. Perfect for 4 to 5 people. A delightful retreat with views of Frenchman's Bay over a sprawling lawn. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. Each has a working fireplace and two beds. Cupcake is just steps away from a "to die for" pool and sauna.

After Labor Day the Guzzle Cottage is available for three night stays.
 This lovingly renovated and upgraded original 1810 Cape successfully fuses the old and the new.
The entire front of the house has plenty of windows, opening the house to breathtaking views across Frenchman's Bay, to Acadia National Park and Mount Desert Island.
There is a comfortable living room with overstuffed couches and a spacious dining room. These two rooms have wonderful, old pumpkin pine floors.
The kitchen has new cabinets and appliances. A private deck off of the kitchen provides a cozy space for morning coffee and evening libations, with a splendid view of the ocean.
 A few steps away from the deck we have created a marvelous spot where one can sit by the bordering stream to admire the remains of an original dam. |
