Arctic Char is a fish found in fresh and salt water. These fillets are cured and then smoked to a delectable golden brown. A moist flaky white fish which can be used in salads, pasta, or straight from the package. This smoked arctic char is offered as an add on item. Freezes well for up to 2 months. Available holiday season only.
