These fish are smoked at a high temperature using a blend of hickory and cherry wood. The result is succulent and delicious, with a flaky texture. A smoked fillet that has been packaged into small 8 oz portions for a convenient appetizer. Goes well with mustard dill sauce (Also available at our retail store).
